It's a Choice to Live With Intention
Living with intention
is all about choice. It's about embracing that we are the supreme
authorities over our lives and all our experiences. It's a tall order,
so be gentle on yourself as you mull this idea over in your mind. Not
many of us are willing to embrace the concept that all we have right now
has been a product of all the thoughts we have had over our lifetime.
Life is not about blame. Life's not about finding fault in our past
behaviors or in the behaviors of others. Life is about living every
experience you want to live and doing so in any way in which you choose
to live it.
So how do we live on purpose and with intention?
We
must decide to take full accountability for our lives and readily
accept that the Law of Attraction is a Universal principle,
scientifically proven and is always at work in our
experiences. The Universe wants us to live our best life and is always
unfolding and orchestrating all that needs to happen to bring about your
desires.
It's up to you to identify these desires. You do this
through the thoughts you think and the feelings you feel. Which one
comes first-thoughts or feelings? Which comes first is less important to
understand because the only thing you have complete control over is
your own thoughts. Thoughts, subconscious or conscious, create the
feeling, or vibrations, that attract the Universe's response. Be
choosing thoughts that most serve you, you will also be creating the
vibrations that attract all that serves you.
Three Step Formula for Living With Intention
1. Identify your desire.
2. Give your desire your attention and focus as often as possible throughout your day.
3. Allow your desire to manifest in your life.
What do you Desire?
Discovering
what you truly desire takes a bit of intentional thought and effort. We
all have many dreams--some which come into our thoughts but often
quickly go, and others that we can feel in the very core of our beings.
When we think of our desires, we feel good. When we focus on what we
want-and if it's what we truly desire-we will feel the goodness of that
desire reverberating in our souls. Be precise about what you want and
when you want it. Be as specific as possible about your desires. If you
want more abundance in your life, how much do you want? If you want to
create a healthier and more fit body, how much weight do you want to
lose-and by when? If you desire an intimate and loving relationship,
describe all the attributes you would like to have in that person-and
when would you life to meet him or her?

When You Have Inner Peace
What does inner peace mean? It means, when the world outside of
you is going crazy, or is just too loud, and it doesn't affect you. It
means staying balanced, both physically and mentally when the ground
beneath you is shaking. It also means that you have seen and felt it
all, and nothing that happens can sway you in either direction.
You have cried until you can't cry anymore. You ran until your legs have been drained of all their strength. You have been embarrassed and humiliated until it didn't matter anymore. You have been left alone so much that you don't feel lonely anymore. You have felt pain all the way to your soul and it can't be pierced anymore. You look around and nothing or anyone can faze you anymore.
What is left is not solitude, but an awakening of your spirit. What is left is not sadness but pure joy. What is left is not hatred nor despair, but a new found appreciation and a better understanding of the good times, the bad times and the courage that has been brought forth from the hard times.
What is learned is so important:
*Take only what you need, this way the next life will be able to exist. *Each person's perception of life varies, you create your own. *Life has no walls, you build your own. *Fear does not exist; we imagine this on our own. *Lastly, everything is a mirror, a reflection which enables everyone to have their own perception. Let me explain, on a sunny day a butterfly dances in the sky until it lands on a beautiful yellow rose. Some people focus on the butterfly, noticing all the beautiful colors. Others might take notice of the rose, or the ground which the rose is planted. You can take one picture and you will get a lot of people telling you what their perceptions are. The reason is it mirrored is because it is mirrored in your imagination first, and then you form your perception of it. Is it beautiful or ugly? Is it very sunny or partly sunny? These are all your own perceptions of your very own picture.
Inner peace, inner beauty and inner strength all come from the same place; they dwell in your soul. Some days you might have to dig a little deeper than others to reach it. Having inner peace will change your perception of what a bad day is, or how people are. You see the world in a different light, from a better place that stems from a loving place, your soul.
